Your satisfaction is important to us. Unfortunately, Women in Children’s Media memberships and events are not refundable and non-transferable. All donations to Women in Children’s Media are tax deductible and cannot be refunded.

Security Policy

Women in Children’s Media (WiCM) understands how important it is to handle your sensitive credit card and personal information with the highest attention to protecting your security.

Once you log in to the WiCM site, our system, as a partner of Authorize.net, is PCI certified and Daxko Connect is currently in the process of PCI certification. All personal information, payment information, and other data transmitted behind the WiCM login are encrypted using 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which is the industry standard. Sensitive financial information is encrypted from view at all times.

All data is stored in a fault-tolerant, secure data facility. All router, switchers, wireless access points, and firewall configurations are secured and conform to documented security standards.
